Our crafting process involves drawing a mask reticle layout file that can be recognized by the generation device, using a maskless lithography machine to read the layout file, and performing non-contact exposure on the blank reticle with glue. After developing and fixing, the photoresist in the exposed area dissolves and falls off, exposing the underlying chromium layer, which is then etched to form a light-transmitting area. Any chromium layer protected by the photoresist will remain opaque, forming plane pattern structures with different light transmittances.
