Our founder holds a degree from Changchun Institute of Optics and Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Our core R&D team includes renowned Ph.D.s from domestic optoelectronic schools such as Changchun Institute of Optics and Mechanics, Zhejiang University, and Beijing Institute of Technology. We offer optical system design, aspheric surface processing, aspheric inspection tool (computational hologram, CGH) production, and machine vision calibration board development customized to meet the specific needs of our customers. We own independent intellectual property rights for our aspheric inspection tools, which has broken the monopoly of foreign counterparts in this technology. We also maintain long-term cooperation with many well-known enterprises at home and abroad in the development of calibration boards. Our product line consists of ceramic target differentiation plates, calibration sheets, fan pattern product displays, and standard ceramic base plates. Our ceramic base plates feature small thermal expansion coefficients, high strength, high hardness, good stability, low thermal conductivity, good acid and alkali resistance, and excellent surface diffuse reflection treatment. It solves the problem of reflection that often arises in the application process when using glass material calibration plates. This makes it easier to distinguish the detailed information of the calibration plate pattern, achieving higher calibration accuracy and measurement precision. Our quartz material calibration plates have good light transmittance, small expansion coefficients, and are less affected by ambient temperatures during instrument calibration. This makes them particularly useful in sensitive applications where ambient temperature variations can impact calibration accuracy. We offer two types of quartz material, JGS1 and JGS2. While JGS1 is more expensive, JGS2 is relatively cheaper and comes with air bubbles inside.
